Broque Monsieur is an enigmatic French character appearing in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story who has a dog named Broggy and he likes to collect Blitties which are small block-like kittens. He also apeared as the tour guide for Pi`illo island in Mario & Luigi Dream Team. For unknown reasons, he was absent in Mario and Luigi Paper Jam.
