A Goomdiver is a Goomba underwater, having a diving helmet on. They are found in the Oho Ocean Seabed. They are not that powerful and are pretty easy to beat.

They only have two attacks and they are diving down on you and running into you. You can avoid these attacks by jumping when he rams you and hitting him with your hammer when he comes from above.
